Core to the philosophy of our kitchen is a focus on quality local ingredients to create a menu that highlights our love of the diverse flavors found across both Texas and Australia. We blend Australian delicacies (did someone say meat pies and lamingtons?) with our own spin on Texan flavors (3 cheers for 3 little pig nachos, smoked chicken spring rolls and chicken lettuce wraps) With a burger, Fish n’ Chips and even some Brussel Sprouts (we promise they are tasty!) our Chef has you covered. Matching each of our offerings to complement our beer, there is sure to be something for all.
In addition to our regular menu, enjoy Surf and Turf every Wednesday. Picture a 12oz rib eye grilled to order, layered with prawns, a choice of sides and a pint of your favorite. All for $20!
In addition to late afternoon bites and dinner everyday, we have a great way to start and end the weekend. The full menu is available from Thursday lunch time through to Sunday dinner. What better excuse to enjoy the weekend!
